About the Center
Beginning in 1995 with a generic focus on managed care, The Brandeis/Harvard Center on Managed Care and Drug Abuse Treatment today is refining our theme to
a second generation of studies examining specific strategies used in managed care and drug abuse treatment that fall into four areas: organization, management, financing and payment.
The Center continues with an expanded group of multidisciplinary researchers and educators. A strengthened Center core has extensive clinical, statistical and methodological expertise available and technology transfer as a core function. Our structure will maximize synergy across research projects and between core committees and research projects.
